Monday's guest was Tiphaine Dickson, a Montreal lawyer who has defended accused before UN Rwanda Tribunal and has represented Slobodan Milosevic. She was continuing an account from the previous week's show, informing listeners that a Rwanda witness who had written a letter complaining of harrassment by UN investigators has gone missing. Dickson said Belgian authorities now say they have found a body they suspect may be the missing witness.
